Caring for the Caregiver: Sleep Disorders
Join Baptist Health South Florida and Gilda’s Club South Florida, a cancer support community, for our “Caring for the Caregiver” lecture series. Getting a good night’s sleep is important to performing at your best during the day. You may have a sleep problem if you have trouble getting to sleep to staying asleep through the night. Our clinical specialist will help you understand sleep and provide useful tips to improve your sleeping patterns.
Dinner to be provided for all participants.
