Join Baptist Health at a free Healthy Heart – Love Yourself Zumba & Tai Chi event on Valentine’s Day weekend. Get ready for 70 minutes of fun-filled Zumba and a 20-minute tai chi cooldown. There will be healthy energy, fun music, dynamic dancing and amazing instructors.
Don’t miss out on a GIVEAWAY and wear your best Healthy Heart RED attire.
Parking: In front of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church or next to the AutoNation football field near Baudhuin Preschool.
