Do you want to lose weight, but you don’t know where to begin? Join us in this two part series to learn where to begin on your personal journey to managing a healthy weight. In part 1, Baptist Health RD, Lucette Talamas, will discuss the basics of healthy eating and give you with the information you need to get started. Part 2 will provide you with simple tips to create habits that can help you achieve a healthy weight.
