Miami Dolphins Family Fit Fest Presented by Baptist Health South Florida
GAME ON FOR FAMILY & FITNESS
Join Baptist Health South Florida for a celebration of healthy fun with activities for the whole family at the Miami Dolphins Family Fit Fest.
The event will feature free health screenings, interactive fitness activities, play zones, raffles and giveaways.
There will be special appearances by the Miami Dolphins cheerleaders and mascot plus much more.
In collaboration with the Dairy Council of Florida, we’ll have cooking demonstrations that will delight those big
and small. Then, we’ll dance our waistlines away with a Zumba® workout from 2:15 to 3:15 p.m.
